At the Gatsby Studio, it is our mission to provide a safe and considerate workplace and studio for both our staff and the clients visiting for their procedures. We have developed a strict Covid-19 Prevention Plan to do our best to drastically limit the chances of any exposure to Covid-19.
CapacityAt The Gatsby Studio, there will not be any more than 1 client per technician at any time. There will not be any additional visitors to the studio than the client that are scheduled to receive a procedure from one of our scheduled technicians. The maximum capacity at The Gatsby Studio is set at 10 occupants. This allows us to properly distance and avoid unnecessary contact with clients and staff at any time.
Entering ProcedureAll staff and clients must provide The Gatsby Studio with basic information on their current condition upon entering. The question that will be asked is the following.
Once this has been answered the staff or client entering will have their temperature taken and a mask will be provided if they are not in possession of one upon arrival.
Personal Protection RequirementsAll staff and clients must sanitize their hands upon entry to The Gatsby Studio using a minimum 60% alcohol hand sanitizer provided by The Gatsby Studio. All staff and clients must wear a face mask while inside The Gatsby Studio. If the staff or client does not have a mask of their own, one will be provided to them. All staff must wear non-latex sanitary gloves while performing procedures.
Physical Distancing Guidelines At The Gatsby Studio, we ask that all staff and clients maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet apart. All areas in which a 6 foot distance can not be maintained, a plexi barrier will be installed and staff/clients must adhere to the designated areas behind each appropriate divider. The Gatsby Studio has designated directions of travel throughout the studio. We ask that all staff and clients travel through the studio along the designated travel directions to help maintain proper physical distancing.
Hand Sanitation and Washing RequirementsAll staff must sanitize or properly wash their hands as per our hand washing guidelines before and after each client, after using the restroom, before and after each workplace activity. All clients must sanitize their hands with a minimum of 60% alcohol hand sanitizer that will be provided by The Gatsby Studio. It is asked that all clients sanitize their hands after touching each surface within the studio and after using the restroom. These are guidelines and requirements that will help prevent the spread of Covid-19. This is not meant to be a complete health and safety plan or guideline for The Gatsby Studio. We appreciate your cooperation and participation in our attempt to slow the spread of Covid-19.
