A consultation must be had before any Tiny Tattoo. This is where we will discuss design, size, location on the body and cost. This also allows me to have the design ready for your appointment ahead of time. On the day of your appointment, we can discuss any more questions you may have that were not answered and the consent form will be signed (if not already done). I will then prep the area by cleaning it with an alcohol wipe. Hair will be removed if needed with a disposable razor. I then apply the stencil which will remain on the skin for 10-15 minutes to set. This will be the time to make sure you like the placement as the stencil can be replaced. Once you are happy with the placement and the stencil has set, I begin tattooing with a one time use needle and a hand-held tattoo pen. The appointment time can range depending on the size and detail of the tattoo. The procedure is not painless, however it should not be overly painful. Numbing cream is not advised as this can change the texture of the skin and alter the completed tattoo. Once the tattoo is completed, a clear bandage is applied and left on for 24 hours.
Your tiny tattoo will heal in about a week, however it will take a full 6 weeks for the true pigment to show. Touch ups may be done at this time, but are not required.
